Judges will be looking for insurance companies and brokers that deliver specific policies for LCV operators, and demonstrate an understanding of the characteristics of van-using businesses such as frequent stop deliveries, punishing wear and tear, higher mileages and carrying high-value goods in a van. A recognition of the benefits of telematics/dashcams and security measures as well as flexibility to different business needs and provision of like-for-like replacement vans will also be rewarded.

Entries must be no longer than 750 words, not including case studies.
